1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.
  • Since most of our products are made-to-order / print-on-demand, processing time may vary slightly depending on the product type and order volume.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Shipping Locations

Currently, Matrikano ships to:

  • All serviceable locations across India

International shipping may be introduced in the future.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on:
    • Your location
    • Courier partner
    • Product category (apparel, home decor, accessories)

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment.
  • Promotional offers such as free shipping may be available on selected products or order values.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order using the courier partner’s tracking page.

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Natural calamities
  • Government restrictions
  • High demand or unforeseen logistical challenges

Matrikano is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges or any other inconvenience.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the package and product

9. Cash on delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on selected pincodes and order values.

All COD orders are subject to order verification via call or WhatsApp before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.

Delays or non-delivery caused by customer unavailability, refusal to accept COD orders, or incorrect address details are not the responsibility of Matrikano.
