We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to have a smooth shopping experience.
Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Since our products are print-on-demand, we only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a defective product
- You received an incorrect product (wrong size, design, or item)
📌 All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind after purchase
- Minor color variations (due to screen/display differences)
- Normal wear and tear after use
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered

3. How to Request a Return or Replacement
To request a return or replacement, email us at:
Include:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the product showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Replacement Process
If your request is approved:
- We will arrange a free replacement for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Replacement delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and location.
5. Refund Process
Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
- Shipping charges (included / excluded) (if any) are non-refundable
- If a Product Stat that delivery is free it means it is included in the product price. And in such a case Rs 200-300 or actual Shipping Charge will be deducted.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
- Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.

7. Shipping & Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, Matrikano is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier partners
- Natural calamities
- Government restrictions
- Unforeseen logistics issues
8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refusal to accept delivery without a valid reason may result in future COD orders being restricted or blocked.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are required to accept delivery once the order is confirmed and dispatched.
If a COD order is returned to us due to non-acceptance, incorrect address, or unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery, the order will be considered a failed delivery and will not be eligible for refund or re-shipment.
Refunds or replacements for COD orders will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected (where applicable).
Any Cash on Delivery handling charges are non-refundable.
