Orders are dispatched from our Jaipur atelier within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery across India typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your pincode.

Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Jaipur, Hyderabad) generally receive deliveries within 3 to 4 days. As soon as your order ships, an automated SMS and email containing your live tracking link will be sent to you.

Yes! We provide complimentary free delivery across India on all prepaid orders (UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking). A nominal handling fee applies for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Once your order is picked up by our courier partners (Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees), you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/SMS and email. You can also reach out to our team at support@matrikano.com with your Order ID for instant updates.

Our t-shirts are designed with modern streetwear proportions:

• Ringer & Culture Tees: Classic relaxed silhouette that sits comfortably on shoulders with rib-knit ringer cuffs.
• Mythology & Graphic Drops: Contemporary streetwear oversized fit with dropped shoulders and relaxed chest drape.

Please refer to the Size Guide on each product page. If you are between sizes or love an oversized streetwear drape, we recommend sizing one up.

Every piece is crafted from 100% premium combed, bio-washed cotton (180 GSM for ringer tees, 220–240 GSM for heavyweight streetwear). Bio-washing removes fabric fuzz, enhances softness, and prevents shrinkage and color fading over prolonged wear.

To preserve the vibrancy of prints and embroidery:

• Machine wash cold (below 30°C) inside-out with like colors.
• Do not bleach or dry clean.
• Tumble dry low or line dry in shade.
• Iron inside-out on low temperature; avoid ironing directly on the printed or embroidered artwork.

We want you to wear your roots with complete confidence. We offer a 7-day hassle-free exchange and return window from the date of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags and packaging intact.

Once the returned product arrives at our facility and passes standard quality inspection, refunds are initiated within 24 to 48 business hours to your original payment mode (or UPI for COD orders). It generally reflects in your bank account in 3–5 business days.
